Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE or ME/Diploma from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sale Industrial Electrical Items: Substation equipment's (Transformer, HT & LT switchgear panel & Power factor Improvement plant), Distribution Boards, Diesel Generator , Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, On Line UPS & Solar Power System.
∎ Expand new market area and increase the sale volume through generate new customer to ensure the business objectives.
∎ Must have highly sales administration and sales team operation skill and experience
∎ Communicate & Maintain relation with potential consumers through frequent sales visit, meeting etc.
∎ Monitoring overall sales cycle, starts from Sales quarry collection, quotation submission & Bill Collection.
∎ Perform an initial review of the Quotation, scope of work, necessary products.
∎ Managing and monitoring sales team day to day performance and task & give feedback to Management.
∎ Responsible for ensure service assurance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Try to Full -Fill Target (Against achieve monthly target you will be awarded).
∎ Understanding customer needs, buying process clearly and completely.
∎ Generating/collecting inquiries from the customer.
∎ Building rapport with key personnel of customer's effective negotiation with customer for securing business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Experience Requirements -For B. Sc. at least 3-4 years/For Diploma at least 5-7 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Sub-Station, Transformers, , Bus-Bar Trunking System (BBT), Low voltage Switchgear , Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, Online UPS, Diesel & Gas Generator.
∎ Should be adequate technical skill, desire to become a professional service
∎ Sincere/ Innovative/ Young Energetic', required following professional candidate, on immediate basis.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;
∎ Should be able to work under pressure;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications, Internet & auto CAD Design Soft
∎ Candidates capable to ride motor cycle and having valid driving license will get preference.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sales Commission, Two festival bonuses & Insurance
∎ As per company policy.
