Job Context:
∎ Position: Manager- Sales & Application
∎ Department: Dana Renewable Energy- DPCL
∎ Company: Dana Power Company Limited (DPCL).
∎ Job Location: Head office and Project site (Anywhere in Bangladesh)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 5 to 7 years in "Sales and Application "experience in a large reputed organization (National or MNC) in the field of Renewable Energy.
∎ The Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Rooftop Solar Business and successful track record of successful Projects completion in rooftop Solar Business.
∎ Identifying the client needs and provide optimum solutions.
∎ Must have Experience in handling diversified customers across the industry and relationship with the stakeholders.
∎ AutoCAD, Sketch up , PVSyst ,Microsoft Office
∎ Must have adequate technical competency/knowledge in electrical system like substation, generators, BBT, LPS, Online UPS, SLD.
∎ Strong analytical, technical and presentation skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge about Factory Compliances and OSHA.
∎ The candidate should be capable of meeting the quarterly or yearly target.
∎ Visit stakeholders, conduct a solar project site survey, and assist the team in preparing a PV module layout and necessary simulation.
∎ Create sales presentations determining ROI and other financial incentives to persuade customers to utilize solar energy.
∎ Coordinating with the commercial and finance teams to make a project summary, cash flow, and MoU or any kind of agreement.
∎ Assist the project management team in ensuring smooth project completion.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, a Self-Starter, a Proactive, Positive and Pleasant Personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency and go getter attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, dynamic and energetic.
