Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Agribusiness
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management, Dealer Management, ERP Systems, Leadership and Good Communication skill.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
fertilizer and pesticide, Organic fertilizer, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate promotional activities such as pre-sowing campaigns, Farmer Training Programs.
∎ Plan, track and follow-up demo sites on regular basis.
∎ Should have strong network in the market
∎ Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, product liquidation and collections.
∎ Plan and ensure that the right product is available on shelf at the right time and right quantity.
∎ Support a strong channel engagement and campaign plan along with executing market strategy for effective business success.
∎ Leading sales team and adding new business partners
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales collection budget.
∎ Relationship maintains with dealers.
∎ Searching of new distributor/dealer & recommendation for selection
∎ Identifying new customers for increasing business opportunities.
∎ Achieving area/regional/divisional sales and recovery as per the target set out by the company.
∎ Promote the products, thus increasing sale of Agro Products to a greater height.
∎ Any other task given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales marketing within the pesticide or agricultural industry is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi agricultural market and its dynamics
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills
