Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular coordination with other team members, communication supervisor's direction with all team members; motivate them to generate result oriented team performance.
∎ Coordinate the factory administration to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment in the organization is safe
∎ Monitor standard security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with our prevailing internal security policies
∎ Monitor licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements and directives.
∎ Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
∎ Supervise or monitor other security professionals, perform activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance.
∎ Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs and alter (if needed) current security programs accordingly.
∎ Ensure proper installation and operation of all types of security gears and necessary equipments with the concern of IT department.
∎ Assist in crisis management and contingency planning.
∎ Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
∎ Respond to medical or any other emergencies.
∎ Recommend security procedures for security call centers, system development, access control, program models, or various other reporting tools.
∎ Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement & Implement the same.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches. And Arrange for or perform executive protection activities.
∎ Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
∎ Keep close liaison with all types of security and administration related local & Govt. agencies for smooth operation.
∎ Administer appropriate security protocols for the top level designated persons (if needed)
∎ Perform risk analysis particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, work place violence, threats from natural and man-made disasters.
