Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in EEE/CSE/ETE from any UGC approved university. MBA degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job purpose: We are currently looking for an energetic professional, hard working with experience in Regulatory Affairs (i.e.: BTRC, City Corporation, PTD, etc.) in Telecom sector having below mentioned (not limited to) Job Responsibilities :
∎ Maintain and Ensure Regulatory Compliance for the licenses as per BTRC and Government directives and guidelines.
∎ Maintain Professional liaison with state-owned regulatory bodies & companies (e.g. BTRC, BTCL, Ministry of Telecommunications, NTMC, ICT Ministry, etc.) to ensure compliance.
∎ Obtain NOC for Telecom Equipment import from BTRC as per technical requirement by means of regular follow up and provide required clarification to BTRC.
∎ Work closely with technical team and understand the roll-out requirement. Manage and pursue permission related tasks from different organizations of the government.
∎ Participate and coordinate activities with other operators in the Telecom industry and/or Government agencies to address various Industry and Regulatory issues for necessary alignment and mutual business interest.
∎ Ensure proper reporting to BTRC and other stakeholders.
∎ Ad-hoc reporting and perform any task as per management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Sound Telecommunication Industry Knowledge
∎ Good understanding of Telecom Policies and Acts
∎ Skills required for government liaison
