∎ To flourish the activities of team in a challenging environment, BRAC Enterprises is looking for dynamic and potential experienced refrigeration area expert personnel for the following enlisted position at BRAC Dairy and Food Project.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, scheduling & assign maintenance tasks to the subordinates & oversee them
∎ Ensure Preventive maintenance of all cooling system including ammonia plant and Freon Plant as per Preventive maintenance schedule to minimize the downtime
∎ Instruct & oversee breakdown Maintenance of all Refrigeration system including ammonia plant, Freon plant , Air Compressor, AHU, Market fridge, Factory Air conditioning, Reefer van refrigeration system etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with different department to ensure smooth production along with maintain standard quality
∎ Furnish the annual Budget & lead the team in expansion of any project as per demand of management
∎ Maintain the optimal inventory management of the materials & spares by coordinating with spares & procurement department.
∎ Ensure standard safety & hygienic environment for engineering team.
∎ Arrange training program for the subordinates & train up them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Must have at least 5 years of Industrial Ammonia plant & refrigeration experiences and Industrial maintenance experiences as well.
