Job Context:
∎ Handle and execute day-to-day operations property projects. Answer and respond to customer service requests and inquiries. Process portfolio, budget, work orders, needs and requirements for clients. Interact and ensure smooth relationships with clients. Manage all vendors and field level teams to complete all projects according to the budget and deadline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all civil works budget, proposal, portfolio for client
∎ Communicate and response to clients for all their queries
∎ Manage all projects team and ensure the quality of works
∎ Ensure all projects is completed within the budget and deadline
∎ Source vendors for all property materials, select and manage all vendors
∎ Supervise and manage all expenditure of all projects with the support of accounts
∎ Troubleshoot all challenges of all field level projects
