Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily site operations for civil and interior works.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Oversee and direct site workers and subcontractors.
∎ Ensure the use of approved materials and maintain quality standards.
∎ Review and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
∎ Maintain site documentation, reports, and work records.
∎ Enforce quality control and safety procedures on site.
∎ Submit regular site progress reports to the appropriate authorities.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
