∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ A minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing civil, interior design or architectural projects.
∎ A well-documented portfolio showcasing successful projects.
∎ Knowledge of diverse design styles and trends to accommodate client preferences.
∎ Flexibility to travel to different project locations.
∎ Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as project deadlines may require intensive time commitment.
∎ Ability to handle unexpected challenges or changes during the project, such as delays in materials, design revisions, or budget adjustments.
∎ Should possess relevant Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or V-Ray, etc).

∎ Oversee and supervise all civil and interior construction activities.
∎ Monitor daily project expenses and ensure cost control.
∎ Maintain effective communication with the project team and contractors.
∎ Manage project accounts and financial records.
∎ Ensure timely project completion within the allocated budget.
∎ Lead and manage site engineers and coordinate their tasks.
∎ Enforce and maintain quality control standards on-site.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays.
∎ Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.
∎ Submit regular progress reports to the appropriate authorities.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
