Job Context:
∎ Our growing business is searching for a qualified manager to oversee our raw materials store operations. If you are an experienced and competent individual with in-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, then we`re looking for you! In this role, your duties will include maintaining budgets, analyzing materials researching vendors.
∎ Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. To excel in this role, material managers need in-depth knowledge of supply chain and budgeting processes. Ultimately, you are tasked with ensuring related departments have adequate access to the materials they need.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received & issued all the local & imported raw materials accordingly.
∎ Keep a record received and issue of all the local & imported raw materials accordingly.
∎ Complete requisition forms by ERP as demand from LAB and send it to the commercial department to procure.
∎ Maintain clear and organized all the raw materials storage area.
∎ Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep.
∎ Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders.
∎ Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
∎ Post all invoices on ERP - Material Management System.
∎ Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
∎ Maintain proper housekeeping of all the materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in ERP system.
∎ Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
∎ Proven managerial experience.
∎ Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
∎ Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
∎ Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
∎ Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
