Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university. Public University preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing and Quality, Quality Control Assurance, Quality Management System, steel industry, Steel manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develop and maintaining the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Products.
∎ Making overall quality plan for the entire manufacturing unit and implement this accordingly.
∎ Ensuring Quality check process at every stage of manufacturing and taking full responsibility of supplying quality ensured production.
∎ Execution of entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Quality Responsibility of whole supply chain as raw material selection at supplier manufacturing (PSI, PAT, FAT) to goods received (PLI) by client.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
∎ Collaborating with other department of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product by using modern QC Tools (i.e. Root cause analysis, Fishbone analysis, Control chart etc.).
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Output review against the sample. Follow up first output Product measurement report.
∎ Taking necessary (Corrective/Preventive) action or inform the authority if any discrepancies happens.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Discussion of Inline inspection findings with respective Production & QC team to get the corrective actions and preventive action.
∎ Report of analysis & action plant with follow up in QA system to the management.
∎ Receiving Customer complaint & address accordingly
∎ Take Preventive action in process to prevent customer complaint.
∎ Process of Quality inspection, control, re-engineering, route cause analysis and problem solving in following process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrates experience and competence in Quality Management System.
∎ Experience in Steel Industry will get preference.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with excellent leadership.
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English.
