Educational Requirements:
∎ A 'level, MBA, M.Com in Accounting or Finance from a reputed University.
∎ CA (Professional level) qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, create and establish QA control checklist in line with Audit Practise Manual, International Standard on Quality Management and other relevant laws and regulations;
∎ Conduct Hot and Cold Reviews of on-going and completed assignments and ensure conformity with QA standards.
∎ Communicate outcomes of reviews with teams from time to time for future reference and improvement;
∎ Ensure completion of checklists by engagement teams before issuance of draft reports;
∎ Cooperate and assist Quality Control Reviews conducted by Nexia International;
∎ Report on the operations of the QAD on quarterly basis to the Managing Partner;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years+ experience in the concerned field i.e. audit & consultancy;
∎ Excellent writing skill both English & Bengali;
∎ Good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Database Management;
∎ Sufficient understanding of ERP, Tally, SAP software;
∎ Candidates with experience of carrying out Statutory Audit in Banks, NBFIs, listed companies shall be given preference.
