Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized Engineering Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementing internal purchase & procurement strategies to meet day-to-day operational needs by sourcing cost effectiveness materials & services while maintaining quality standards, delivery targets and lead time requirements.
∎ Responsible for all procurement from local & foreign sources in accordance with company policies & requirements.
∎ Creating and maintaining procurement database/records, including softcopy, and other systems whilst ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
∎ Develop, own and maintain a suppliers network, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the supplier database and are aligned with the companies Ethics, Code of Conduct.
∎ Identify, evaluate and manage existing and potential suppliers of materials and services to meet the cost, quality and delivery targets;
∎ Ensure the materials to meet production schedules, quality standards and regulatory requirements;
∎ Create time and action plan for all order and follow-up regularly.
∎ Receive, check and segregate all requisitions as per product category and allocate it to concern team.
∎ Lead, develop and appraise the team to ensure on time procurement of right product with right quality and price.
∎ Negotiate with vendors to ensure right price without compromising quality.
∎ Establish procurement policy and procurement laws of the land are being followed in all procurement processes.
∎ Responsible to coordination with Engineers & store for routine material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
∎ To follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, warranty of products or returned materials.
∎ Nurturing relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.
∎ Preparing monthly report as per requirement.
∎ Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Minimum 8 years in construction procurement.
∎ To have knowledge on construction related procurement & purchase.
∎ Must have clear knowledge about local procurement & market place like Nowabpur.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame
∎ should be comfortable communicating directly with local supplier/vendor, especially by visiting market place.

Salary: Negotiable
