Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target project cargo clients and generate new leads.
∎ Identify and engage with potential customers, including project owners, EPC contractors, and engineering firms, to understand their requirements and present our services as a freight forwarding solution.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the project cargo industry.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to assess the feasibility and viability of project cargo opportunities, ensuring the successful execution of complex logistics projects.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting our capabilities and value proposition in project cargo handling.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
∎ Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
∎ Attending industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance the company's visibility and network with potential clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Additional certifications or qualifications in project cargo management would be an advantage.
∎ Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on project cargo.
∎ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business in the project cargo sector.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project feasibility and provide customized solutions to clients.
∎ Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Freight Forwarding Project Cargo.
∎ Smart and confident with a professional attitude.
∎ Good at Microsoft Package software. (PowerPoint/ Excel / Word/ Outlook)
