Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely working with Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Production team for RM / PM forecasting and ensuring Inventory at optimum level to utilize less working capital and smooth supply.
∎ Short term and long-term volume forecasting to build optimum Supply Chain capability
∎ Monitor quarterly capacity utilization for next 4 quarters to trigger on-time capacity. inclusion plan to support business growth.
∎ Co-ordinate with manufacturing team and 3P to ensure high service level.
∎ Imported material planning for premium products as per the business forecast.
∎ Monitor depot replenishment and warehouse planning as per the business forecast.
∎ Monitor and drive the out-quarter gap management activities with respective Marketing and Sales team.
∎ Work with Sales and Marketing team on portfolio complexity reduction.
