Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall production plan, operation process and achieve targeted production of oil product;
∎ Maintain the efficiency of machine and manpower to ensure optimum utilization of chemicals & utilities;
∎ Monitor spare parts inventory to ensure minimum stock;
∎ Take order schedule from marketing department through discussion;
∎ Analyze data including production, productivity, quality and take corrective action;
∎ Raise requisition of raw materials & various chemicals needed in the Refinery Plant;
∎ Prepare daily & monthly production report of oil products;
∎ Maintain health & hygiene condition and neat & clean factory premises in the light of Food safety requirement;
∎ Serve as a role model in promotion of safety awareness throughout the factory, promptly address safety concerns and perform safety inspections;
∎ Conduct timely training for technical staffs to minimize hazards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10 Years of relevant professional experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production & Maintenance of oil Industries.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the edible oil industry.
∎ In depth knowledge in operating modern PLC/DCS, Pump, Motor, air compressors, Boilers, Power Generator, Inverters, Heat exchangers, Vacuum systems, Filters, Hydraulic Systems etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
