Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make production plans according to market's demand
∎ Guide issue management , risk management, crisis management and problem solving activities to overcome obstacles in production progress and success.
∎ Produce and manage activity, dynamic real time production plan using project management best practices to plan effectively, monitor and control schedules.
∎ To ensure overall production operation & Store and Delivery
∎ Maintain stock update.
∎ Maintain proper documentation in Software of all the materials
∎ Maintain Quality standards create standard products
∎ Manage and guide workers properly
∎ Follow up in production process and related calculations
∎ Keep Market update
∎ Maintain the quality of the product
∎ Must be up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
∎ Perform role as a factory head as well as production head (Fan)
∎ Other task given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having managerial experience will be given preference.
∎ Should have ability to supervise sub-ordinates.
∎ Ability to work in team
