Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead & guide the Procurement Team in the right track & ensure ethical performance.
∎ Making a good Brand image of KSRM that is the big part for local supplier, so that negotiation and accountability are more stronger and acceptable.
∎ Liaison with suppliers on delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery of product.
∎ Working with external and internal Audit team to let them know the present situation.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expense and improve effectiveness.
∎ Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price and quality.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing suppliers and source new suppliers as required.
∎ Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
∎ Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
∎ Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
∎ Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.
∎ Support for local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, negotiation of other terms & conditions and deal finalizing and issuance of purchase order.
∎ Capable to maintain related documents & follow all the formalities independently.
∎ Monitoring goods movements to avoid supplier delays, follow up of goods receiving, ensuring and confirming required quality and quantity of goods receipt by store.
∎ Establish and rationalize key supplier agreements, identify new opportunities, seek ways to improve efficiency and ensure purchasing compliance.
∎ Identify, control and develop purchasing processes and practices as well as to ensure the best price.
∎ Search for the new and alternative supplier and ensure timely delivery of the requested materials.
∎ Update vendor database on regular basis.
∎ Any other task as & when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should be smart, energetic, intelligent, hard working, honest.
∎ Should have strong communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Standard Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet based programs & power point).
Salary: Negotiable
