∎ At least 15 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating long and short term procurement plan and strategy.
∎ Periodic (weekly, monthly) review of the performance out come and decide effective action plan.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitors' strategy and customer trends to revise procurement strategy.
∎ Preparing training module for subordinate and ensure regular training.
∎ Regular interaction with related department specially construction, Audit and finance.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in every areas of operation.
∎ Provide leadership to the team.
∎ Ensure delivery of right materials at right price at right time.
∎ Continuous sourcing and engaging capable vendors for smooth operation and to get price benefit.
∎ Sourcing of new materials local and foreign market.
∎ Monitoring and cross checking of materials price in the market and with other company.
∎ Forecasting of crisis materials and to find better solution.
∎ Importing building materials from different country.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, hard working, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ Team building capability.
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
∎ Expertise in real estate related procurement.
∎ Expertise in materials sourcing and import including L.C, commercial and port related issues.
