∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining working network with local and foreign accessories suppliers & buyers like H&M, KMART, HBI, HEMA.
∎ Knowledge about lingerie & knit garments related accessories & machineries.
∎ Able to develop suppliers for all types of Accessories.
∎ Independent correspondence with buyers and suppliers.
∎ Sample development as per buyers' specification.
∎ Comply & monitor Time & Action Calendar.
∎ Preparing Critical Path analysis and follow it meticulously.
∎ Online booking & tracking of Purchase order in SAP environment.
∎ Preparing budget sheet for procurement based on cost sheet for every new order where applicable.
∎ Follow up accessories in-house as per action plan.
∎ Ensure product quality as per buyer standard.
∎ Able to work with Accounts & Commercial department for payment issue.
∎ Communicate & coordinate with related merchant, production, quality & store on daily basis.
∎ Monitoring supply chain & ensure on time shipment.
∎ Assist the team from sample development to on time shipment progress.
∎ Assist to procure state of act machineries for lingerie, knit, print & embellishment project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 44 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Purchasing Capital Machineries & Spares
∎ Knowledge of Lingerie manufacturing
∎ Certificate in Supply Chain Management
