Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Plus required in-country site as and when required).
∎ May have to travel widely across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development Manager - Power, Energy, Oil & Gas Sector. Plan, generate and execute business development activities across the Bangladesh.
∎ Communicate with Govt. Authority in Power & Energy sector for explore the business for Power Projects.
∎ Collect information for upcoming and ongoing projects in Power & Energy sector.
∎ Communicate with multi-national companies (MIC), Service Provider & EPC Contractors for explore the business in Power,
∎ Energy, Renewable Energy, Oil, Gas and LNG sector.
∎ Sourcing foreign principle, EPC Contractors, Sponsor, Developer for participate the tender.
∎ Prepare concept note, financial model, tender documents, submission & follow-up.
∎
∎
∎ Ensure the 'new business' strategy is clearly articulated across all company stakeholders.
∎ Demonstrated success in engaging with partners in a B2B market.
∎ Preferably with technical knowledge and experience of Power & Energy market and have the drive, attitude and enthusiasm to develop long term business & solution.
∎ Take responsibility for developing and maintaining a prospect database. Track record of success in new business sales and deals
∎ Be accountable for the negotiation of commercial terms with potential partners
∎ Manage the processes from prospecting through to contract signing
∎ Experience in bid and pitch processes and comfortable leading these on behalf of the company.
∎ Experience in creating robust, clear and articulate business plans and growth strategies
∎ Able to secure support and investment at board level
∎ Good regulatory understanding gained from working within the Power & Energy industry
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
