Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ Must have A-grade registration from Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the scope of services, develop and implement strategic, operating and financial plan to accomplish department goals and objectives which contribute organizational strategic objectives.
∎ Planning commissioning hospital pharmacy services.
∎ Develop and implement pharmacy facility, Furniture and fixtures design and operational workflow.
∎ Design and customize pharmacy module of HIS in align with pharmacy operational workflow.
∎ Design and implement pharmacy operations to ensure effective selection, preparation, store, procurement, distribution, monitoring and assessment of outcomes of drug and other pharmaceuticals used for the care and treatment of patient.
∎ Design and implement the clinical pharmacy services.
∎ Development and implement the policy and procedures on medication management and use in compliance with joint commission international (JCI) Standards.
∎ Development and implement key performance indicators (KPI) for the pharmacy department that consider a range of managerial and clinical indicators.
∎ Staff management & roster monitoring.
∎ Keeping records & doing others administrative tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have more than 3 years working experience as a head of pharmacy in a reputed hospital.

Salary: Negotiable
