Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees to achieve their full potential.
∎ Respond promptly to US client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
∎ Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
∎ Utilize CRM and internal software systems to access client information and update records.
