Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage the package security of warehouse, Hub and Branch Operation and Package on transit.
∎ Ensure danger free packets, parcels, boxes, letters, documents reach the destination within scheduled time
∎ Check and verify import/export shipments from security point of view on a daily basis
∎ Verify both loading and unloading measures of packet
∎ Tally the export documentation with invoice periodically
∎ Generate and maintain required communications to origin/UPS world relating to package security.
∎ Investigate the missing documents/package (if any) and accordingly inform to the Operations Team/Administration Team and take remedial measures
∎ Ensure good housekeeping of warehouse/branch/hub premises, supplies and maintenance of facilities, security arrangements for office premises(Warehouse, Hub and Branches)
∎ Coordinate and manage the interface with the security service providers in connection with the security arrangements of the office
