Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active Email Communication With Foreign Suppliers And Local Buyers.
∎ Telecommunication With Foreign Suppliers.
∎ Creating Documents For Purchase.
∎ Organize Documents Relating To Purchase.
∎ Assist In Exchange Of Documents Between Banks And Suppliers.
∎ Assist Suppliers And Banks With Information's During The Process Of Purchase Till The End Of It.
∎ Verifying Documents Received From Banks And Suppliers.
∎ Seeking Orders From Suppliers Regularly Through Phone And Email.
