Freight forwarding, Inventory/Warehouse, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning , organizing to achieve sales target though SMART budget.
∎ Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls.
∎ Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm's freight transportation services.
∎ Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
∎ Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
∎ Represent the company in negotiating and building relationship with shippers, carriers, overseas network agent.
∎ Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.
∎ The profile includes the focus on Global and key accounts.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Sharing healthy sales lead among the overseas clients to increase portfolio.
∎ Good knowledge of procurement and capacity management for air and ocean profound knowledge markets trends and opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Min 5-7 years' Experience within the freight & shipping industry, working experience with MNC company will get preference for this position.
∎ Experience of successfully developing and maintaining a stakeholder network.
∎ Desirable: it would be an advantage to have a background or track record in
∎ Working with board members, directors and senior managers Languages.
∎ Essential: Willingness to undertake international travel where necessary.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Computer literacy.
