Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Skills Required: Administrative, Computer skill, Doctor, Doctor consultant, Hospital Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
healthcare, Hospital, Hospital operations, Medical College and Hospital, Medical Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall be in full control of the hospital, its employees and resources
∎ Overall Supervision of the whole Hospital, Diagnostic, Pharmacy & all other wings
∎ Shall be responsible to Board of Directors, MD,Chairman directly & CFO(for Finance and accounts purpose only)
∎ Top authority in the hospital after the board of directors/owners.
∎ Shall be taking all major decisions.
∎ Shall provide leadership qualities on all fronts
∎ Planning, development and budget monitoring of the whole Hospital.
∎ Making plans and initiating effective measures to increase business.
∎ Exercise of Administrative power to the departments under him ( Uniform, Timely attendance, job responsibilities, Work etiquette , Fraud activities, firing etc )
∎ Salary Preparation of Hospital employees
∎ Shall be responsible for solving any problem and ensuring quality patient care
∎ Preparing everyday reports of Income, expense and submitting to CFO.
∎ Cost Cutting and auditing the departments.
∎ Checking, investigating & signing Expense Vouchers
∎ Interacting with hospital suppliers, arranging their payments through accounts office.
∎ Manpower planning
∎ Coordination & interaction with consultants, doctors & patients.
∎ Ensuring Surgeon payments
∎ Monitor, investigate and sign referral vouchers.
∎ Authority to sign all expense vouchers
∎ Interaction and assigning duties to employees for smooth running of hospital.
∎ Do meetings once every week with the heads of the department and find solutions to problems.
∎ Ensuring effective book keeping of the Hospital materials and supplier files.
∎ Keeping Inventory of all the Hospital fixed assets
∎ Submit a weekly detailed managerial report to the CFO or Chairman/directors including income and expense.
∎ Ensure all the Hospital permissions are up to date, all compliance are met and hospital is running in accordance to the ministry of health.
∎ Managing customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
∎ Taking control if any unwanted situation arises in the hospital.
∎ Managing VIP/ Corporate. Personally attending their call for smooth service.
∎ Assume FULL responsibilities of the hospital operations and any other responsibility assigned by management.
∎ Shall always be available for guidance to everybody and anybody of the hospital
∎ Ensure confidentiality in his work
∎ Official Spokesperson of the Hospital.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Incentive will be given for good performance
