∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting ED/MD/Directors in overall farm management.
∎ Fixing yearly activity plan with formulating of related farm's budget for implementation of the same.
∎ Fixing farm's manpower planning with proper set up including actual labor utilities and requirement showing related financial budget for implementation.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring of overall administrative, financial and operational activities of farm office departmental activities through proper coordination and maintaining of cordial relation among the farm office employees.
∎ Overseeing all construction and renovation works at farm office.
∎ Controlling of farm office expenses by checking and verification farm office's Bill/Vouchers
∎ Ensuring timely supply of all logistic supports to keep the operation and supply chain uninterrupted.
∎ Maintaining congenial working atmosphere keeping the farm neat and clean with uninterrupted water and power supply
∎ Ensuring proper security management to protect company's property through vigilant check on fuel consumption, transport use, movement of packaging and promotion items/equipment, etc.
∎ Coordination and monitoring of the activities of R&D, Farm Div, Stock Seed. Seed Operations, Packaging, MNT Seed Testing Lab, Seed Inventory, General Store, CCOR, Distribution and Farm Admin departments of the company
∎ Interaction of all departmental heads for sharing views and ideas of respective departments through "Morning Brief" with submission of minutes of the meetings to higher management with suggested measures.
∎ Providing farm office updates to management on regular basis through MIS and daily attendance reporting.
∎ Branding the company and establishing linkage with public and private sector
∎ Maintaining and cooperation, collaboration and linkage with donors, and national and international organizations for the interest of research and seed business.
∎ Performing other duties to be assigned by the management as demanded by situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years experience in the related area of Administration, Security, Transport, Labor Productivity, Logistic Management and Safety issues from any reputed organization local or Multinational companies holding similar position.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is mandatory
∎ Smart and good command in English language for reporting
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility
∎ Proactive, Self motivated and able to work under pressure
