Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed university B.sc in Mech / Elect is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and develop strategies for sustainable improvement in productivity, performance and business profitability.
∎ Manage the overall operations of the factory to achieve the business target through optimum utilization of the resources (Men, Machine & Material).
∎ Establish good governance, justice, congenial working atmosphere, Industrial Relationship and Internal Compliance & Control in the factory.
∎ Analyze and coordinate all the resources & ensure accountability.
∎ Coordinate BU accounts, HR & Admin issues, and commercial activities.
∎ Ensure safety, Security and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Develop and establish policies, SOPs and ensure continuous improvement in the unit
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with local body / local law enforcing agency for smooth operations of the factory.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 12 years in the field of Factory Operations.
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s):
∎ Packaging & Printing Industry.
∎ Strong Leadership Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, Business Acumen
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
∎ Must be proactive and ready to work in the manufacturing set up.
∎ Able to work under Pressure.
