∎ Capable of optimizing processes related to admission, discharge and billing with minimal disruption.
∎ Deep understanding of patient-centric service delivery.
∎ Committed to enhancing patient satisfaction by proactively addressing needs, expectations, and feedback.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
∎ Skilled in aligning operational goals with medical and nursing priorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Oversee and streamline the entire process of patient admission and discharge to ensure efficiency, accuracy and patient satisfaction.
∎ • Coordinate with relevant departments to minimize delays and ensure timely completion of all admission/discharge formalities.
∎ • Monitor the billing process and ensure timely and accurate generation of patient bills.
∎ • Address any billing discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing.
∎ • Act as the first point of contact for patient grievances related to operations.
∎ • Investigate complaints thoroughly and provide effective, prompt resolutions in coordination with relevant departments.
∎ • Ensure that all patient needs and requests are responded to efficiently.
∎ • Maintain a high standard of patient experience by coordinating services and proactively addressing service gaps.
∎ • Work closely with the Nursing Department and Medical Services Department to ensure coordinated care and a smooth operational workflow.
∎ • Facilitate communication between departments to align patient care with operational processes.
∎ • Identify bottlenecks in the operational workflow and implement corrective measures.
∎ • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards in all operational activities.
∎ • Supervise and guide the front office and operations support staff.
∎ • Conduct regular training and capacity building to enhance service quality.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of operational metrics, incidents, and improvements.
∎ • Provide timely reports to senior management and suggest strategic recommendations for operational excellence.
