Job Context:
∎ RONGDHANU GROUP is going to hire “Manager - Operation” who is highly expert in CNG Refueling Station Operation Management with highly leading, communication and decision making capabilities for its concern “Rongdhanu CNG Refueling Station Ltd.” situated at Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and direct the main operation of Refueling Station including quality, standards, cleanliness and safety.
∎ Maintain Proper Requisition of Product and ensure availability of stocks.
∎ Ensure proper deposit of daily sales money to the bank.
∎ Attaining sales goals and reporting to company senior management.
∎ Be responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
∎ Ensure Inventory system and assist on proper wastage management.
∎ Be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arises in the Station.
∎ Carry out duty management shifts as required.
∎ Conduct regular fire safety walks and health and safety Issues.
∎ Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.

∎ Age at least 30 years
