∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Flour mills operation & sales promotion

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage production & sales team, Monitor the whole production sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of the best production & sales practices.
∎ Work closely with HR /Admin/Accounts/Finance team to make high-level decisions about policy &strategy.
∎ Understand the vision of the Company & successfully implement positive changes to support innovation & drive continuous improvement.
∎ Formulating high production&sales strategy & action plan, developing& implementing sales structure in the factory.
∎ Forecasting & achieving the production&sales target of the factory& carry out Sales Analysis, BusinessAnalysis, MarketAnalysis, Competitor Analysis to increase market share.
∎ Ensure resource availability & allocation & manage requisitions &indent system & maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction & good prospects for future business.
∎ Creating &enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth & opportunities.
∎ Develop & execute appropriate promotional plans & strategies to create demand of the products.
∎ To maintain of all type of site documents, reports, & other papers in an organized way.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
