Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ Reputed university in Bangladesh or Foreign

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare finance strategic plan & implement that plan.
∎ Budgeting, planning, and strategy skills
∎ Problem-solving abilities
∎ Business processes and functions knowledge
∎ Communication skills
∎ Analytical ability
∎ A college or graduate degree, which would vary by industry
∎ Maintain budgets and identify areas to improve in
∎ Set policies and processes
∎ Oversee recruitment and training
∎ Evaluate operational and financial performance
∎ Ensure regulations are followed
∎ Provide solutions
∎ Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years (s) professional experience in a senior position or Manager position in any organization, preferably in a multinational company.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with a strong command of MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work order dates.
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment both independently and in a group.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive salary and benefits,Rewards will be offered to the deserving candidate.
