∎ Age 35 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for multi-tasking; cross functional customer care activities.
∎ Ensure effective and smooth co-ordination between consultants, doctors and the outpatients services.
∎ Guide patient to consultant’s room when the consultant is ready to see the patient. Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & follow-up visit.
∎ Update respective consultant(s) regarding patient’s attendance and status as & when required.
∎ Facilitate the patients for report showing / follow up visit schedule or appointment slot after discussing with the relevant consultant.
∎ Provide information on related consultant’s profile, visiting hours, tariffs and assist patients in terms of preparation for investigation, procedure, surgery, admission etc.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients politely to avail diagnostics and medication facilities.
∎ The role requires effective communication & good management skill to deal with diversified customers as well as provide guideline to valued customers in order to ensure services excellence.
∎ Communicating effectively with staff at all levels and patients to ensure support services.
∎ Prepare monthly OPD rostering
∎ Ensure updating consultants schedule regularly in software & register
∎ (if necessary).
∎ Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Strong communication skills in written and spoken in English and Bengali.
∎ Experience in relevant Managerial position will be preferred.
∎ Monitor & Supervise the works of OPD & customer care executives.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Renowned Hospital/Diagnostic Centre.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
