Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy shop, ensuring efficient service, timely product availability, and seamless customer experiences.
∎ Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory and health protocols.
∎ Manage the inventory of pharmacy products, ensuring proper stock levels and timely reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.
∎ Ensure that all pharmacy services are delivered in compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase pharmacy sales, improve operational efficiency, and maintain cost control.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate a team of pharmacy staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance standards.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures to improve team performance.
∎ Develop and implement staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and shifts.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive working environment.
∎ Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns, providing product information, and offering personalized recommendations.
∎ Implement customer loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
∎ Resolve any complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and pharmacy standards, including prescription handling, product safety, and controlled substance management.
∎ Ensure that all pharmacy records are accurately maintained and securely stored.
∎ Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality standards and optimize operational processes.
∎ Prepare and present reports on pharmacy performance, sales data, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
∎ Provide feedback to senior management regarding operational challenges, opportunities for improvement, and industry trends.
