Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. (Preferred in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer science, MIS, etc.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and maintain existing reporting processes & systems.
∎ Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business clients.
∎ Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
∎ Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
∎ Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
∎ Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
∎ Provide data analysis and BI for increased business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues.
∎ Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.
∎ Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Hands-on experience in building and managing information systems and reporting requirements for multiple client teams preferably in a BPO / ITES environment
∎ Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to provide recommendations for improvements
∎ Hands-on experience in automation of manual and repetitive process activities
∎ Design and develop new reports, dashboards and graphical analysis
∎ Should be capable of handling large datasets in an efficient and effective manner
∎ Ability to collect, collate and structure data from diverse formats and sources - files, databases and departments
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with pivot, power query, power pivot, DAX language, etc.
∎ knowledge and experience with Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
∎ VBA, Macros, Automation, MS access, SQL would be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to communicate with people of diverse requirements and priorities
∎ Prioritizing and Organizing skills.
