Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the maintenance strategy for the plant to ensure optimum manufacturing performance always.
∎ Lead the plant maintenance team in the delivery of high levels of plant availability and reliability to ensure production schedules and customer service requirements can be met.
∎ Preparing budget for maintenance and proposal as per requirement.
∎ Ensure regular maintenance of Gear Box, Hydraulic system, TMT Box, Pyrometer system & Overhead Crane etc. machineries.
∎ Follow-up with the purchase dept for availing required items on time and control maintenance costs.
∎ Develop and drive a culture of continuous improvement in the maintenance department, in order to bring around operational transformation and culture change.
∎ Analysis of Maintenance cost and implemented procedure for energy saving.
∎ Assist with production department in reducing break downtime of the machine.
∎ Responsible for all processing machinery trouble shouting urgent basis.
∎ Ensure immediate response on emergency calls for any maintenance/repair of the plant.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Solid work Software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel Mill, Re-Rolling Mill, SPM, CCM & Section Mill.
