Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Public university preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Engineering, mechanical maintenance, Wprkshop
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to them for performing the jobs effectively
∎ Responsible for all Concrete Transit Mixer, Concrete Pumps and Batching Plans' maintenance, servicing, repairing and keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
∎ Develop effective plans & procedures to provide effective maintenance related support in the required arenas
∎ Verifying of fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL (kilometer per liter) of each one.
∎ Maintain all the equipment/machineries of the plant and workshop in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Plan & execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and enforce those through maintenance staff
∎ Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action
∎ Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues
∎ Ensure the availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve efficiency of the machineries
∎ Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.

∎ Age 33 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Ready Mix Concrete operation will get preference
