Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in supply chain or any relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage optimum inventory levels through inter-transfer of stock between BYSL warehouses
∎ Assist monthly, annually, and perpetual inventory auditing operations
∎ Manage seasonal warehousing staff
∎ Develop weekly staff shift planning for warehouse operations
∎ Undertake continuous initiatives to develop the best processes and procedures to make warehouse operations more efficient
∎ Follow all inventory control systems, including storage, quality control, inventory record-keeping, and inventory reporting
∎ Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouses and coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
∎ Alltrims and accessories inventory must be maintained accurately
∎ Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements
∎ Keep the inventory system updated regularly by recording the transactions of inventories from and to the warehouse
∎ Oversee the maintenance of health and safety measures at the warehouses
∎ Oversee the clearance and proper disposal of all waste material and excess items from warehouses
∎ Duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time when required
∎ Ensure that the software and ERP systems are kept up to date in real-time

∎ Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
∎ Proficiency in inventory management and ERP software
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.
∎ Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an IT-Enabled warehouse environment
