Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in marketing of Commodity supply to animal feed mills in particular Maize, Soybean, Rice etc. commodity products.
∎ Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
∎ Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
∎ Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Revise and / or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
∎ Develop new clients (small and large corporate clients) and serve current clients by field visit and AGRO product marketing.
∎ Develop new clients in different feed mill for expansion of business.
∎ Must achieve a sales target per month and per year.
∎ To promote agricultural product in different feed mill & operate different promotional activities in field.
∎ Cooperate & liaison maintaining with different feed mill for ensuring to sell product to customer.
∎ Collect information from different source & information gathering for future business.
∎ Maintaining and updating customer databases.
∎ Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capacity to work independently and must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Good knowledge in computer, internet, web application.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
∎ Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate with existing & up-coming customers and ensure prompt service.
