∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Professional proficiency in sewing machine maintenance. Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills. Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare maintenance calendar covering all preventive activities of each Sewing machines in the factory including third party machine service agreements;
∎ Make sure all activities in maintenance calendar are performing accordingly;
∎ Make sure relevant people’s participation to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles;
∎ Work with per-production team to mitigate identified risk at the sample & PP stage;
∎ Make sure to arrange the machinery according to layouts provide by IE;
∎ Make sure all critical machines set up & ready before line feeding;
∎ Make sure all the machine set up according to line feeding plan;
∎ Save SMV by introducing new machinery,attachments or modification of existing machine;
∎ Make sure all machines running without effecting to production with minimum downtime;
∎ Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes;
∎ Buying office Inline inspection findings should discuss with cross functional teams to get the corrective actions;
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal;
∎ Follow up the Executives & Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions;
∎ Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land;
∎ Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base);
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture.
