∎ - Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including technologists, support staff, and administrative personnel.
∎ - Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
∎ **Quality Assurance and Compliance**
∎ - Ensure the center operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ - - Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service delivery.
