Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange plan approval from RAJUK.
∎ To get sales permission of the apartments from concern authority.
∎ To complete mutation formalities.
∎ To get occupancy certificates.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ 10 - 12 years of experience in the same field.
∎ Vast knowledge of land documentations.
∎ Incumbent should have excellent contacts and relation maintaining capability.
∎ A sophisticated personality and a proven track record of success in logistic related assignment is necessary for this position.
∎ Experienced in logistic management.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
