Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability for checking, scrutinizing of land deeds, land porcha, land records, land maps, city jorip, Lease deed, and documents/papers of Govt./ RAJUK/ Societies plot/ land.
∎ Coordinate with Land Department and Construction Department and joint venture customer (LO) for taking land possession.
∎ Land related documents collection from Govt/ any other bodies, if necessary.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Incumbent should have excellent contacts and relation maintaining capability.
∎ A sophisticated personality and a proven track record of success in logistic related assignment is necessary for this position.
∎ Experienced in logistic management.
∎ Incumbent should have amiable personality to communicate with joint venture customers (Land owner) regarding various issues.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
