Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or accounting background

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions
∎ Well conversant in Accounting inventory system
∎ Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses
∎ Ensure proper accounting safeguards to minimize the cost and expenditure
∎ Implementation of format & procedure to protect unnecessary expenditure in the factory
∎ To monitor and report any unnecessary cost & requisition.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Any commercial related task is given by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accounting Software, ERP, MICROSOFT OFFICE
