∎ Master of Law (LLM) in LLM, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in LLB
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Led and Initiate and pursued legal proceedings as required by the Company;
∎ Oversee all legal and litigation matters and advise on civil matters directed to external counsel;
∎ Handle all contracts & agreements, related to domestic & international business;
∎ Design and draft sale deeds, lease agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents;
∎ Liaise with and assist external Counsel in the discharge of their obligation;
∎ Prepare writs, defenses, submissions, and other pleadings in civil cases both for and against the Company;
∎ File oppositions in matters where the title is being passed or property is being encumbered and there are arrears due and payable to the Company;
∎ Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil matters including claims for compensation against the Company;
∎ Draft and/ or review legal letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested;
∎ Manage the land-related matters like- land taxes, mutations, etc.
∎ Take actions for such as summons/warrant which has been issued against the Company or any person whose interest is essential for the Company
∎ Submit all judgments to the Legal Officer supporting the Loss Reduction Division diligently;
∎ Submit quarterly work reports to Management and the Board of Directors;
∎ Cause to be maintained, a database of the status of all court matters involving the Company;
∎ Represent the Company at Arbitration and Public Utilities Commission hearings;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years of experience in the relevant field out of which 5-6 years in a similar field;

∎ Adequate knowledge and ability to vet different Legal documents properly;
∎ Strong knowledge in preparing and verification of legal documents for Real Estate, Land, and Logistics;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization;
∎ Competent in verbal and written communication;
∎ High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ Highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills;
∎ Resilience, proactivity, and an ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude;

Salary: Negotiable
