Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University majoring in Fabric Manufacturing Technology will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Production, Production Planing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): knitting Planning, Knitting Production, Knitting Quality, Knitting Technology
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have technical knowledge about various types of yarns & fabrics with yarn count selection and Knitting procedure.
∎ Sound knowledge on research and develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.
∎ Execution of the production plan.
∎ Must have good technical knowledge about production of greige fabrics knitting program plan.
∎ Control on process loss.
∎ Sound knowledge of latest technology and modern machinery.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules considering Target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ Handle several numbers of orders at a time in decently & set fabric specification as per composition & fabrication;
∎ Liaison with production coordination team for making proper plan of Knitting as per TOD;
∎ Liaison with R&D department for on time bulk production as required parameter;
∎ Should have analytical knowledge in fabric R & D (Knitting & Dyeing) & all type of yarn;
∎ Supervise the shift scheduling of staffs for effective results of trouble shooting, break down maintenance, change over and research.
∎ Monitoring to ensure machines are in good condition and in highest performance standard level.
∎ Analyze machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance productivity.
∎ Co-ordinate and work closely with the knitting production and planning team for smooth production & delivery.
∎ Should be capable to correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow up production.
∎ Interacting with parties on technical support and commercial/pricing matters prior discussion with superiors.
∎ Applicant must have excellent knowledge in knitting machineries and knit product variation.
∎ To Follow-up and work directly with subcontract Knitting Factory as and when require
∎ Communicates with factories in order to negotiate price, machine, production & quality etc.
∎ Performs reconciliation of each work order.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of related experience in any large Knitting Industry
∎ Pro-active, independent, and result oriented
∎ Work in an innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
