∎ Candidate should have vast experience as a Developer and Programmer.
∎ Understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), telemedicine solutions, and other healthcare-specific technologies.
∎ Expertise in managing hardware, software, networks, and data security solutions.
∎ Ability to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects effectively.
∎ Ability to develop and implement a long-term ICT strategy aligned with the hospital’s goals.
∎ Ability to stay up to date with emerging technologies and adapt to changing IT landscapes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with the hospital’s overall vision and mission.
∎ Oversee the management and maintenance of the hospital’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and data security.
∎ Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT standards.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential IT risks associated with cyber threats, data breaches, and system failures.
∎ Lead the ICT department in providing efficient and reliable technology services to support patient care, administrative operations, and research activities.
∎ Provide technical support to all hospital employees.
∎ Implement and maintain a robust security framework to protect the hospital’s IT infrastructure and patient data.
∎ Manage and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other critical healthcare applications.
∎ Provide training and support to all hospital employees on new technologies.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT asset management, procurement, and disposal.
∎ Develop and maintain incident response plans to address IT security incidents effectively.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal integration of technology into hospital operations.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
