Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical / industrial & Production Engineering from reputed University from home or abroad. Master in Business Administration major in Marketing/ Operations Management / SCM / Finance is an additional advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead Industrial & Corporate Sales including Auto Gas and Reticulation. Setting sales & revenue targets for the team and to confirm that team is achieving optimum targets
∎ To set structured year-on-year Business Strategy for Auto Gas Reticulation & Industrial Sales based on market intelligence, market trend and competition data .
∎ To track and analyze up-to-date market feedback for Product, Price, Prospective and Promotional activities for Industrial & Corporate Sales.
∎ To lead a highly efficient Technical Services team, to confirm on-time solution and maintenance services for Auto Gas, Reticulation and Industrial customers; in a cost-efficient manner.
∎ To create new accounts aiming to business growth and target, as well as to analyze team performance, identify skill gap, training need and to train & develop the team to achieve desired performance.
∎ To maintain sustainable business relationship with existing customers, new accounts and key stakeholders Of the Company; including Public & Private Projects, Legitimate Authorities, Different External Business Officials and PR groups within the Company
∎ To serve Cross functionally to execute different programs and projects in the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Managing a sales team For ten (10) years being a Manager, In LYG/CNG Industry
∎ To be a critical thinker, good analyst and should know to study/draw a big picture of the sales game
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication, presentation and Negotiation Skills are requirement Of this role
