Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed Public University. At least 7 to 8 year(s) experience require. /
∎ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed Public Institute. At least 12 to 13 year(s) experience require.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain HVAC systems. Maintain the operator work station.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs on pneumatic controls, electric controls and humidity controls.
∎ Develop and implement Chiller plant technical support for both controls and mechanical. Maintenance and service repairs on split system air conditioning units such as: acid wash coils, pressure and temperature controls, setting mechanical unloaders, Thermal energy storage plants.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs for heating systems such as: hot water boilers, steam boilers, boiler combustion efficiencies and all gas fired resolving problems.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repair on custom and packaged air handling units, unit ventilators, cabinet unit heaters, chilled and hot water fan coils units and exhaust fans.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs on control air compressors and refrigerated air dryers.
∎ Implement indoor air quality control and conduct confidential reports to risk management and act as a liaison for technical support for resolving problems.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and supervise the commissioning jobs to assure on time completion.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs on pumps, variable frequency drives, soft starts and speed controls.
∎ Monitor and test water conditions in hot water and chilled water systems using chemical treatment and glycol.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs on hot water and chilled water piping, along with air and hydronic balancing.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Electrical Engineering, Garments & Textile , Chiller-HVAC Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience with complex systems and/or the industrial sector
∎ Advanced knowledge of Direct Digital Controls, refrigeration systems and asbestos awareness.
∎ Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
